Got back from Planet Hollywood last week.
Location - this is a quite beach with beautiful small grain sand and clean. Many locals in the sea and clean. There are a couple of shacks each side on the hotel beach with beds and drinks and tables. Sunset is beautiful from here.
Hotel: On arrival we were greeted, luggage taken to our rooms. We had the luxury pool view room- good amount of space in the bedroom, lovely balcony over looking the pool, bathroom clean. Towels changed daily and cleaned well. If you want anything staff are more than happy to help.
Staff are extremely helpful - we had a couple of issues with the room, but turned out to be user errors. We had a maintenance chap in our room within minutes.
The food was absolutely divine - eastern and western palates catered for. Chef Veronus came to talk to us every day at breakfast, and also made us some dishes not on the menu - really delightful and exceedingly good!
The pool was very quite, but suited us.
April is wedding season and there were some weddings on during the day and evening, but this is in a separate part of the complex. We actually enjoyed watching elements from the side lines. The wedding decor was incredible.
We could not fault this hotel, we were taken care of so well!

It is close to the local Indian hotel.
The breakfast is also close to the local style, and the accommodation is quite well-made, clean for the price, and has a private beach, so I was satisfied.
If you plan to go with local Indian people, you will be satisfied.

The food was excellent. Breakfast had great spread. The staff was very courteous. I loved the sev puri with chai that was there in evening. It was perfect. The beach was also very clean.

Great experience, good hospitality. Seema helped us right from the check in till the checkout. She personally attended to all the requests put forward by us. Breakfast buffet spread needs some attention. Beach area is a highlight. Clean beach and limited crowd.

Stayed with my family between 13 to 16 August 2025. Average service. They deliver what you ask for - maybe a little delayed but they mostly do. Not an above and beyond kind of service you get at 4/5 star hotels in South Goa. Like many hotels in South Goa- they don’t allow outside cabs. You have to book from them and pay easily double than what you could have paid of Goa Miles. Even rental cars other than their partners can drop cars at the hotel. They should be upfront about this information.

We attended a wedding at this location, Planet Hollywood. The rooms all had a movie theme, and the rooms was spacious and had a foot/calf massager. However, due to the monsoon season, our room door lock mechanism was malfunctioning. It seemed to think someone was trying to swipe in and unlock, when no one was there. This would happen continuously. Staff and engineers would try to fix it, but it would just start up again. At one point, the card reader had an error, and needed and engineer to help. The staff were helpful, would help us book taxi's, provide umbrella. There was an average hotel gym which would play trance. The venue seemed to be great for a wedding as each location would be transformed to different functions (Haldi, Mehendi, Sangeet, Jai Mala, Pheras, etc).

Beautiful stay with private beach access. We received a warm welcome from Kimbli, Seema, and Gauravi helped us. Trimalesh at the reception and his staff was helpful to assist with wet floor issues due to weather conditions even in the midnight. Buffet has variety of veg & non-veg options. Travelling with kids and parents, Valenko, Manish, and Seema made sure that we are comfortable and most of the dishes were assisted to be served on the table. Resort has buggy facility for visitors to take them to the beach and Shankar is available on just a call. Beach and property is well maintained and staff is very polite. Definitely recommend for a peaceful stay with family and friends.
